On June 10, Impact-driven ESG solutions provider UD Impact Inc. (CEO Junghun Kim) announced the release of its first-ever ‘2024 Sustainability Report,’ making the company’s 10th anniversary.
The report holds particular significance as it not only consolidates UD Impact’s ESG performance achieved through collaborative action with a wide range of stakeholders, but also outlines the company’s mid to long-term strategic direction toward the broader Asian ESG market.
The report was developed in accordance with major global sustainability standards, including the GRI Standards (2021), Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), UN Global Compact (UNGC) principles, and ISO 26000. It centers on the social and environmental value created through the company’s work over the past decade.
The report highlights UD Impact’s execution-centered approach across a diverse portfolio of initiatives — including entrepreneurship education, small business growth programs, local revitalization, ESG performance measurement, and global expansion — demonstrating its capabilities as a trusted partner in translating ESG strategies into real-world impact within the private sector.
In his CEO message, Junghun Kim stated, “This report is not only a reflection of our 10-year journey of action and growth, but also our first formal document outlining a practical roadmap for the next decade under ESG principles. We will continue to expand our social value in collaboration with partners and enhance our executional capacity in ESG.”
The report includes flagship ESG projects carried out in partnership with key stakeholders. △’Localize Gunsan’, a regional startup ecosystem project with SK Innovation E&S △’Eco Social Impact Project’ with GS Retail △’Hana Social Venture University’ with Hana Financial Group △’World Heritage Festival’ with the Korea Heritage Agency △’SME Brand Launcher’ with Naver.
It also features UD Impact’s experience in quantifying and monetizing ESG outcomes in past collaborations with △Hana Financial Group △CJ Welfare Foundation △Seoul NPO Support Center and so on. Drawing on this experience, the company is now systematizing a monetary-based ESG evaluation model and is in development of a SaaS solution that supports ESG measurement. This upcoming solution is expected to support ESG disclosures, inform public policy grounded in social value, and serve as a strategic decision-making tool for corporations.
Looking ahead, UD Impact plans to pursue several key initiatives to advance its ESG strategy, such as △enhancing its AI-based entrepreneurship education platform △developing a SaaS-based ESG performance measurement tool △expanding regionally anchored MICE and content-linked programs △scaling global impact entrepreneurship programs in countries like Japan, India, etc.
As part of its growth strategy, UD Impact also completed a pre-IPO funding round in 2025, signaling the next phase of its expansion anchored in an ESG-centric business model. The full ‘2024 UD Impact Sustainability Report’ is available for public viewing on the company’s official website. Inquiries may be directed to contact@udimpact.ai.
